We can exchange your item for the same style in a different size. Within 14 days of receiving your order, visit the returns portal, select the item you'd like to exchange and choose your new size. We'll provide a shipping label to send the original item back — you then have 14 days to get it back to us once the exchange is registered.

Once it's received and processed at our Australian warehouse, we'll ship your new size with a new order confirmation and tracking details.
