How do I use my gift card or store credit?
Once your gift card or store credit has been issued, it will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
🛒 How to use your gift card at checkout:
Copy the unique code included in the email.
Enter the code during the checkout process.
The value of the gift card will be automatically deducted from your order total.
If there’s any remaining balance to pay, you can proceed with your preferred payment method.
Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Important Information
Codes are case-sensitive — please enter them exactly as shown in the email.
The currency of your gift card will be displayed clearly (e.g. £ for GBP, € for EUR, A$ for AUD, $ for USD).
Gift cards are currency-specific and can only be used in the store they were purchased in.
For example, a gift card bought in the GBP store cannot be used on the USD store.
