Discount codes are case-sensitive, so please double-check it's entered exactly as shown, with no extra spaces. A few things that can stop a code from applying: it's expired, it's restricted to certain items (e.g. excludes sale lines), or it can't be combined with another active offer — only one code can be used per order.
