My discount code isn't working at checkout, what should I do?
Discount codes are case-sensitive, so please double-check it's entered exactly as shown, with no extra spaces. Still not working? Contact us with the code and we'll take a look.
Can I use more than one voucher on my order?
No — only one voucher can be applied per order.
Can I use points or vouchers on sale items, or alongside other discounts?
Points and vouchers can't be used on sale items, though you'll still earn points from sale orders — they're credited 28 days after your order. Points and vouchers also can't be combined with other discounts.
