Why is my order on pre-order — I wasn't told this at checkout?Updated 7 hours ago

Some of our styles are made in limited runs, and once current stock sells out, the item moves to pre-order so you can still secure your size ahead of the next batch. This is flagged on the product page and at checkout, but if it wasn't clear on your order, we're sorry for the confusion — your order confirmation email will always show if any item is on pre-order, along with an estimated ship date.
