When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-order ship dates are based on when new stock is due to arrive from production, and we'll email you directly as soon as a confirmed date is available.
Why is my order on pre-order — I wasn't told this at checkout?
Some of our styles are made in limited runs, and once current stock sells out, the item moves to pre-order so you can still secure your size ahead of the next batch.
My order shows as on hold but the item says 'in stock' — what's happening?
Occasionally our system can show an item as in stock online while the order is still processing on hold — this usually resolves within a day or two once stock is confirmed and allocated.
