What time does the sale start?
Sale start times vary by location and store — we'll email you and post on socials with the details closer to the time. Loyalty members get early access, and the higher your tier, the sooner you shop.
Can I return sale items?
For our Australian customers, we're happy to accept returns on most sale items. Some items are marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund except where required by law.
Can gift cards be used on sale items?
Yes! Our gift cards can be used on sale items. Please note, gift cards are store specific.
Why am I being charged shipping during the sale?
Shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email. Please note that our team is unable to offer refunds for these charges.
Can I cancel or amend my order during the sale?
You can amend your order within 30 minutes of placing it. This includes adding items, cancelling your order, or updating your delivery address.
Are you restocking during the sale?
We won’t be restocking items during our sale, so we recommend ordering multiple sizes if you’re unsure which will fit best. If an item is restocked after the sale, please note that we won’t be able to offer the sale price again.
When will my order ship during sale?
Our sale periods are a particularly busy period so we do ask to allow up to 3 working days for orders to be processed and shipped.
Can I get a price match on a sale item?
We want to make sure everyone has a fair chance to enjoy our sales, so we won't be able to offer price matches on orders made before or after the sale period. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us support all our customers who might have
Can I exchange sale items?
All Australian customers are able to exchange an item for a different size once during the sale. Simply log your return as normal through our returns portal.
I have paid for express delivery during sale, when will it be shipped?
During our sale, express delivery will apply from the time your order is shipped — not from the time the order is placed.
Can points/vouchers be used on sale items?
Because sale items are already heavily discounted, loyalty points and vouchers can't be used as credit on sale orders. You'll still earn points on sale orders — they're credited 28 days after your order.
