Where will my order ship from?Updated a month ago

Orders from our Australian store ship from our Australian warehouse, for faster delivery and no customs charges within Australia. Returns go back to the same warehouse.

On the rare occasion an item isn't available to ship from Australia, we may fulfil it from our UK warehouse instead — if this ever happens, we'll always let you know before your order is sent.
