How do I return my parcel?Updated a month ago

All returns on our Australian store are sent with AusPost. Once you've received your label by email, print it, attach it to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest Australia Post outlet — nothing to pay upfront, as the label cost is deducted from your refund. We'd recommend keeping proof of postage until your return is fully processed. Find your nearest outlet at auspost.com.au/locate
